My Pledge to You

I know that conflicts are stressful and a distraction to your business, and the results are uncertain – often left in the hands of a jury or judge.  Stress at work and at home increases as the dispute remains unresolved and you are spending more time with lawyers and experts.

Unlike a fine wine, disputes do not get better with age!

The longer a dispute lasts, the more costs are incurred and the more stress you will feel. As a former General Counsel and a litigator, I understand the emotions and stress involved in conflicts, as well as costs and how it affects the operations of your business. I will tailor my approach for each specific dispute to maximize the likelihood of a fair and balanced resolution.

Let’s get this done!
